The vines are rigorously pruned to preserve only a few buds and have an ideal sun exposure and microclimate and then the respect of the right harvest times and careful selection allow the production of wines which are characterized by a delicate and complex scent with a distinctive round and balanced flavour.
Our wine blends the typical wine characteristics of this area with high class. The ageing in barriques and bottle confers personality and complexity.
The vines are the result of a careful selection in order to meet the specific characteristics of the land; the Malvasia, Viognier, the famous lambrusco like Picol Ross and the prestigious Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet (about 40% of the production).
Production is between 75 and 85 q/ha due to high density and pruning (about 4100/ha).
