DEGORGEMENT A LA GLACE ET LIQUEUR D'EXPEDITION
After the refinement process the wine goes through the REMUAGE phase, which is made by hand on wood's pupitres. All the yeast is brought from the bottom to the neck of the bottle by positioning them in a diagonal way. Once the yeast is in the right position the neck of the bottle gets frozen, opened and introduced inside the liqueur d'expedition, filled up with the same wine then closed up again with a long cork. After few months the wine will be ready to go.

With this label we wanted to represent a typology of wine that fully expresses itself if shared and tasted in right moments. JOKE is written with the same letter font of the JOLLY's cards because of this thoughtless mood concept we want to symbolize.
